Bad time for my mouse to run out of batteries. Was hunting and my hand cursor thingy suddenly stopped moving. Thought I was just going through some bad lag, but everyone else around me was still running around.

Gotta run to the store and get my mouse some batteries!!!!

That happens to me ALLLLLLLLLLLL the time on my laptop, i have a wireless mouse, because I hate using the touchpad on the laptop. the first time that happened to me, I freaked out and thought something was wrong with the computer. Now i always keep a pack of batteries on the coffee table for a quick change just incase.

ive never had a cordless mouse ... but i know what your saying about hating the touch pad.. damn thing is so annoying im kinda suprised i haven't just grabbed a spare mouse over these bast 3 years

When I bought my cordless mouse / keyboard combo.. I made damn sure the mouse came with a charger! yay.. Its so easy to toss it on the charger every couple of nights.

I've always used cordless optical mouses, but havent been able to find one as accurate as the first one I bought 4 years ago. It has held up over the years thank god, because I dont know if I could play without the precise pointer that the one I have now has. I have probably bought 5 or 6, and always quickly retired them to the desktop computer, as I dont game on that one, and dont need exact precise clickage..
