Last night my guild attempted our first harrower, and I mean attempted. We were doing great guarding the entrance at the front, but overlooked the rear entrance, and got overtaken. I have to say it was some of the best action I have experienced in my 8 month PVP life. We had the first harrower down and were ready to move onto the true harrower when TC, SI, BS2 and the last remaining IA member came storming in. We held the front entrance for a while, then split up to take the rear but got overtaken. I would say there were atleast 100 people in there last night. It was AWESOME. Yah we didnt get to finish the spawn and get the scrolls, but it was a hell of a time. Everyone got a good idea of how their newly made mages work for them, as everyone seems to be abandoning archery and bushido. Thank god my mage was complete and I didnt have to change a thing. Vy your guys did a good job of pushing past the defenses and taking the harrower. I dont know how you guys did against the SI masses and who finished it. I know it was up for a while as we left and just did normal spawns, and walking through the star room and seeing the gate open for a while. It must have been one heck of a long battle. We look forward to the next one!

Yep, we got the inside line on the harry as we were fighting SI when you guys dropped teh skulls. We had a real good response time and were able to set up at the front doors to kill the SI coming in, and start working on your frontline defenses.

I sent a few ppl into the back to see if you had it fortified, and thats when we saw your weak point. We made a call to send whoever wasnt timered through the back while we just kept your interest in the front.

Once we had establilshed a beach head in the back of the dung, we abandoned the front and made our push from that direction....effectively pinching you guys between us and SI.

We had a little trouble with the tents as they were between us, and you guys...but we still made it through to kill you all as SI pushed in through the front. Thats when the real fight started.

It was our 20'ish guys against 30+ si / bs2 and other allies. Eventually we were able to kill them all and push into their rez point outside of the dungeon. They almost broke back through us one time, but we quickly siezed the situation again and finished the harrower.

Glad you guys are giving it a shot, it was a good fight with lots of kills for us all. I do hope you all realize, however... You guys need to get off your dexers/archers/gimps in order to win a harry.

We dont have any archers anymore, every one of them has changed over to mage/necros. it was a very busy week for them changing all their skills around hehe. I personally prefer a mage to archer. I have never ever made an archer, as I like a toe to toe fight, my swdsman is still there, but my necro/mage is also, now that we're out of factions I could put both of em in there. Someone needs to inform SI tho, about the upcoming nerf so their wodders can change their templates, cause theyre gonna be screwed big time with no preparation. It was a good fight that night, and I was impressed with the class shown throughout the fight and the posts on the baja board. I didnt see a single smack talker out there, it was just pure fighting! Cant wait to do the next one. I do believe this is going to be a recurring event from here on out, and after some time we may be able to hold off everyone out there and come out with some scrolls.

Im sure you will get the timing right when we dont have that many online, or SI for that matter....and get an easier dungeon to defend....it will be fun.

I dont want to go when nobody is online, what is the fun in that! We will most likely continue to do prime time harrowers. We just need more people to be on, and I am sure that will happen with time, with more advance notice. We dont have the ghost cams that you and SI have though, so we wont have that advantage. I was hoping for a dungeon that we all knew for the last one. It is a difficult dungeon to cover, but if it happens again, we will know both entrances this time. BTW good fight in fire last night, that was crazy! I had to open UOAM though to get out of there, the UO map just doesnt cut it. We gotta take up that blues flagging grey to help out the reds tactic, it seemed to work for you guys.

We dont have a ghost cam either. We have live ppl running to all the pvp and pvm farming hotspots looking for targets to kill.

We arent that big yet, so we just have to go into the areas kinda blindly. We had a few of you come into despise last night, but not enough to overtake that particular one. There have been some very good fights in fire lately, I am starting to enjoy the nightly fights there. With the demise of alot of archers, my swdsman is starting to get more action, no more running after gimp archers doing running shots. I am seeing more toe to toe fights, which is something I enjoy alot. that and running after kafka. For some reason my swds eat him alive. hehe.. I hope to do another harrower this week, and to a good fight there. I dont know exactly when, but am looking forward to a good battle, and maybe this time we can hold it and the invading forces as well...
