Shard of the Dead

Good evening… I vould vike to say a vew vords about this shard, such as…

“Happy Halloween!”

For your viewing displeasure we’ve brought up a very special version of our test center where everyone can join up against a very vicious zombie horde, party with a variety of special costumes, or even help decorate Castle British by contributing zombie parts to the new Community Collection!

The Shard of the Dead will be running until Tuesday, the day after Halloween, so feel free to join the madness as we bring you completely random, interesting, funny, or extremely frightening events!

We’ll be releasing more information about everything very soon! So stay tuned to this thread.

Zombies: BEWARE! If you die to the zombie horde, your body may reanimate as a member of that unholy race! Should this happen to you, defeat it! Kill it! Destroy it as fast as you can! Lest you lose the belongings that were on the corpse when it was zombified...

It's kinda neat.. but Oh, the Lag!! In Brit, there were only about, oh... 1000 freakin' zombies! Lag, lag, lag!! But fun!

When carved pumpkins begin appearing in the windows and doorways across Britannia, you know it’s that time of year! Log onto the Shard of the Dead right now for all the undead action you can handle. Fight the zombie hordes, search for pumpkins, put on a scary costume and frighten your neighbors, help decorate Castle British or just go trick or treating with your friends! Rumor has it that the EM team has been brewing up some scary surprises for those brave enough to come celebrate Halloween, Ultima Online style.

From now through next Tuesday, log on to the Shard of the Dead! Who knows? Maybe you’ll even run into the famous Count Draconula!
