I have thought of making a character on seige before, but a question or two. Ok, I know there is no insurance, so what do people do when they die and their armor gets looted? I know there is only 1 character allowed on that shard, so making new stuff can probably be difficult. So how does everyone do it? Does everyone just kinda run around with monster looted armor and weapons with semi decent resists? I think I like this idea, as it appears to be pretty well balanced. Any help or advice you guys could offer me would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Basically on Siege it's really best to get connected with players. The NEW guild is a great place to start. They will outfit you and you'll recieve some form of protection while wearing the NEW tag. Though not all SPer's recognize that. Iantown has a number of crafters as do a bunch of other guilds.

If you do decide to try SP, go to Umbra and look for folks with the I^A tag. They will lead you to Iantown and we can get you set up in a room until you decide what direction you want to take.
