A few players have reported losing secured chests from their houses. In our effort to resolve this issue, QA would like to gather more information from players who think they've experienced this. Our hope is to either isolate the issue and determine if there is a bug, or come up with some other form of explanation for the occurrences if there is no bug.

1. What shard is your house on?
2. What is the general location of the house? Is your home near a heavy spawn location or any special place of interest?
3. What type of home do you have? Is it customized? How many stories is it?
4. What was the security setting on the house? Do you have co-owners?
5. What wall was the chest placed against? Was it near any locked down objects?
6. What floor was the chest on?
7. Specifically what type of container was it that disappeared? Did the entire container disappear or just the objects inside?
8. Approximately how many objects were inside the chest?
9. What were the security settings on the chest?
10. Any other additional information you think might be relevant?

Ok that is a SERIOUS SERIOUS BUG. I am not adding or changing the status of any chests until this problem is confirmed or debunked or fixed. Hrmm until then though maybe i should move a few things to the bank.

Yeah it's a bit scary...I haven't logged in for over a week so I'm hoping everything at my place is ok..

well I havent had any problems with it and with all the hosues I got if there was a problem it seems I would have noticed..........hmm....*runs off to check all my houses*

Wasn't/isn't this an old bug when AOS came out? I allways remember people reporting their chests either going missing, or being looted if they were against a certain wall in a custom house.

Hrmmm.. a bug then.. I thought I was going crazy.. lost 3 chests on Siege recently. I triple-checked everything before I logged out since I have a bad habit of forgetting to lock stuff down after a move.. but second guessed myself... pretty sure this time they were empty though.

Yeah the AOS bug was that if the chests were against the wall people could loot them, even if the house was private. Was some kind of exploit.

I guess this is where the chests are actually going poof and disappearing.

Probably a bug that's related though...glitch in the same code perhaps..

Yah.. we had a couple of important establishments looted this way last christmas.. it was something about the chests being near steps I believe. Kimi will remember this well.. both THB and LoveSpirit's got hit by the same folks in a matter of days.. and on Christmas eve to boot.

I haven't been able to play since like mid september because of a move to a new apartment and won't be able to play until the 13th of this month. I hope my house is okay!
