I'm happy to announce that the uo banner exchange project I had going on the side lines is now setup on a dedicated domain

So if you want to start advertising your site for free, then please feel free to sign up! (You'll need a banner which measures 480X60)

I tried to join today, but when I submitted my banner I got a blank page and my banner didn't get uploaded.
