The Steps PVP Changes Must Take

Wilki: A test shard for PvP is exactly what we're talking about.

Here is a likely scenario (some of this has been completed already):

1. Collect feedback.
2. Identify the problem areas.
3. Create a design document that addresses said problem areas.
4. Implement fixes.
5. Publish to a test shard, and invite PvPers to test them.
6. Collect feedback on new changes.
7. Cycle through 4 through 6 until we're happy.
8. Publish worldwide.

If I were Wilki, I'd hit the Edit button on that post....

7. Cycle through 4 through 6 until majority of the testers are happy.

History has proven that EA's ideas of what constitutes PvP is night/day from the player's idea of PvP.
