After you have installed Xfire, go to Tools -> Find Installed Software.
Let it run through it and it will find your Ultima Online. Choose it and apply it and it should track it.
However if you use
UO Assist, it doesn't work very well. I've had nothing but problems with it. Sometimes it would log, sometimes it wouldn't. If you are just playing the game without Assist, then it works well.
